Dream Story: Battling The Glowing Beasts Of Everyday Life
My Dual Choppers
In this dream, it felt like I was in a version of the world where fighting glowing, parasitic animal shaped entities was just a normal part of life. Everyone was going about their business, but instead of regular jobs or watching television, people were outside battling with these glowing creatures. It wasn’t even weird at all, it was just what we did.
This version of me had two cleaver choppers, one in each hand. They were heavy but also familiar, just like an extension of my arm. Around me was busy with people walking on the streets, cars driving by and such, but no one was alarmed by these glowing creatures not even me. They were everywhere- depictions of foxes, wolves and other animals that look sort of like luminescent prehistoric cave drawings, they were near doorways, and inside buildings literally everywhere. There was a tiger just walking around in the midst of our urban city like nobody's business. All of the creatures were glowing like neon signs ready to attach to anyone they get in contact with. Whenever they got a hold of someone, they would latch on, fuse and eventually suck all the life force out of the person.
I was too ready. When any of them came near, I didn’t hesitate. I swung my choppers effortlessly, cutting them down one by one. Each time, they burst into glowing dust and disappeared. I was so confident and the moves came naturally, like I’d been doing it forever.
At one point, another tiger, massive and glowing brighter than the others showed up. I could tell it was stronger, even then, I wasn’t scared. I moved in confidentiality swinging my choppers in perfect rhythm turning him into glowing ashes, just like the rest. Then there was the next dream.....
